How does it work

OneTicket takes the form that fits your travel needs. Paper tickets become available in June 2020. Electronic tickets will follow later this year.

Reserving Your Seat

Starting in December 2020, OneTicket will provide a seamless seat booking experience across all eligible trains and sales channels. Reservations are changeable and can even include bicycles.

The number of passengers on a ticket is not limited, though groups are advised to register in advance. Our helpdesk will help with coordination of carriers and connections.
Timely reporting of the group will help ensure a more comfortable journey.

For those traveling in wheelchairs, or those who need personal assistance while navigating train stations, our specialized OneTicket Assistence service will help arrange and coordinate a seamless travel experience.

Transfers, Connections, Passenger Rights

A single ticket for your entire journey ensures a consistent customer experience. Your entire itinerary is covered by a single contract of carraige, which protects your rights to emergency assistance and even financial compensation for disruptions.

OneTicket is valid for the whole trip, regardless of transfers. Should a traffic disruption occur, you can get help from all carriers, as well as our customer care line.

Delays

If your train is late due to reasons on the carrier's side, you are entitled to financial compensation. You can also request assistance getting to your final destination.

Ticket Refunds

OneTicket can be easily cancelled up to its start of validity. Unlimited passes can also be partially refunded once their validity has started.
